We offer Content under two main licensing models:

The Content will be permanently removed from our public offerings, and we will not license it to any other party. Non-Exclusive Content: When you license Non-Exclusive Content, you are granted a right to use the Content for the purposes outlined in your license, but we retain the right to license the exact same Content to other customers simultaneously. A large selection of our Non-Exclusive Content is available for licensing through Shutterstock and is subject to the licensing terms and conditions of that platform.
2. Usage Rights
All Content licenses fall into one of two usage categories:
Commercial Use: Content licensed for Commercial Use can be used to advertise, promote, endorse, or sell a product or service. This includes, but is not limited to, use in marketing materials, advertisements, websites, social media campaigns, and product packaging. Content depicting recognizable people, trademarks, or private property may require additional model or property releases, which will be specified at the time of purchase.
Editorial Use: Content licensed for Editorial Use can only be used in connection with events that are newsworthy or of general public interest, such as in news articles, documentaries, or non-commercial blogs and publications. Editorial Content may not be used to sell or promote a product or service. This Content may feature recognizable people, events, or places without model or property releases. Credit must always be given when using Editorial Content (e.g., "Photo/Video by [Your Name/Website Name]").
3. Content Specifics
Nature Photographs: Nature photographs are available for Commercial and Editorial use, depending on the content license provided.
Travel Videos: Travel videos are available for Commercial and Editorial use, depending on the content license provided.
Please carefully review the specific license terms provided at the point of sale (Gumroad or Shutterstock) to ensure your intended use is permitted. Using Content beyond the scope of the granted license is a violation of copyright.
